Windows 7 Ultimate RTM Activator v2
(August 01, 2009 9:32 PM Hazar Update)

This activator makes the OS think SLIC 2.1 table is present
Slic is a software licensing table... data in the bios which activates windows.

This activator works for ULTIMATE RTM (Retail and OEM Edition) only.
It does NOT work on Ultimate 'E' (European) Edition.
Some Dell computers are still not activating.

Tested and working on both x86 and x64.
Works in Virtual Environment.

No key is needed for install or activation.
The activation adds the OEM master key for you.
No BIOS modification needed.
It has no boot text.
Uses OEM SLP method.

Ignore any error about services starting. It is normal.
Ignore any "disc not in drive error" It could be your card reader,etc

Recommend a Clean Windows 7 Installation.
You must remove all modifications made by Orbit30 Win7 Tool Kit (1.8 toolkit was for pre-RTM).
You must remove all modifications made by other loaders or activations
You will probably need to do a clean Windows 7 installation anyway.

Disable UAC to be safe.
Run the 'Activator' as Administrator.

1 - Run the 'Activator' on your Windows Partition
2 - Wait until the Window activity finishes
3 - Reboot
