[ลือ] รัฐบาลสหรัฐเตรียมปิดช่องส่งออกจีพียูไปจีน ไม่ให้ลักลอบผ่านประเทศอื่นแบบไทย

เว็บไซต์ The Information รายงานข่าวว่า รัฐบาล Donald Trump กำลังปรับแก้กฎการส่งออกชิป AI ไปยังต่างประเทศ ซึ่งกฎ AI Diffusion Rule ฉบับปัจจุบันถูกเขียนขึ้นในปี 2022 ยุครัฐบาล Biden และมีช่องโหว่เรื่องการส่งผ่านประเทศที่สาม จนเป็นเหตุให้เกิด การส่งออกชิป NVIDIA ไปยังจีน โดยผ่านตัวกลางเป็นบริษัทในประเทศไทย

The Information บอกว่าจุดเปลี่ยนที่ทำให้รัฐบาล Trump สนใจเรื่องนี้ เกิดจาก โมเดล Kimi 3 ของบริษัท Moonshot AI ที่พัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดดเมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม และเบื้องหลังการเทรนโมเดลนี้คือ การใช้จีพียูของ Alibaba ที่ผ่านเข้ามาทางประเทศไทย
